Anyone know if a flat stomach is a good sign or not?

For example if I eat regularly my stomach might stick out a little more, now on a more strict diet consisting of a lot of cucumbers, carrots, lemon water, chicken and fish sometimes, and pineapple I notice my stomach is flatter. I feel like it could be a sign that parasites are dying though it isn't finished yet but I'd guess if your stomach sticks out it means they are making more use of space in there. Any thoughts on this? Anyone get a flatter stomach when cleansing?
