139029- I too went through periods where I had trouble sleeping. If you do place an order to Mountain Rose try their Fidnemed's Tea. This tea could seriously drop a horse and doesn't have any strange side effects like some other sleep aids have.

Others have had good success with ornithine to deal with the toxins from die-off. Also try doing an enema before bed to release as much dead sludge so you can sleep. The Liver Cleanses itself between 1- 3am and that is the time that many awaken.

A long standing parasite infection really starts to mess with the endocrine system. I ended up with adrenal exhaustion. I have crawled out of this but wouldn't wish it on anyone. It's like letting your car run non-stop around the clock. parasites put a 24hr per day drain on the body.
