People that are worried about parasite infections should stop eating meat period. All animal products just feed the larger parasites that control adrenal response through the CNS giving you a false sense of health and energy. And they are a constant source of reinfection requiring you to take larger and larger amounts of 'deworming herbs' or medications for the rest of your life.
