If I were in your shoes, I would find a probiotic that was not affected by stomach acid and begin taking it. Dr. William Wong has Armordophilus. Your whole system has been messed up by Antibiotics . Allergies point directly to the liver. They're right. Find a good chiropractor who knows how to work with the hernia. It may take 3 months to get that to stay in place. I would juice fresh fruits and vegetables and drink 4 ounces every couple of hours. That will help clean out the blood. You're probably very depleted in calcium and magnesium, both. will help heal. It's got enough nutrition in it to help you a lot. Using lemon juice in water helps the liver. It's acid, but will turn alkaline in the stomach. Try to heal up a little first.
