No seriously thanks for taking the time to talk to me about this. To be honest I never reached bowel tolerance. I kept taking more and more until I got fed up with the effect it was having on the parasites (making them more active, twitching etc). But perhaps it's worth another go. I just couldn't bare to make the parasites any worse, as they are definitely having a massive impact on my immune system.
