I noticed your protocol calls for 12 drops Lugols and 1/8 tsp borax in about 1 qt water sipped periodically to make it last all day. I did that yesterday.
Day before, I did a borax enema (1 quart water w/ 1 tsp borax + 1tsp non iodized salt +7 drops of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract to help balance the pH, and well, because it's also GSE..) Surprisingly, this sure seemed to be one of the most gentle, non-purgative, enemas I have ever done. And I have done various kinds for a year. Probably 150 enemas in my life. I did it high retention (brave) and held aproximately half of the solution all night long. I slept pretty darn good that night (night before last). And had a normal bm the next morning with some candida die off, obviously there, though not as much as expected. Could be that I've already passed the bulk of it anyway, as the die off from rife sessions has been tremendous.
I will likely repeat the borax enema in the future. My concern is that enema use + oral use is going to be TOO MUCH. I consider alternating based on whatever the total borax intake max is, based on your prototcol and elsewhere. But it really depends on whether candida is a lower colon problem, a large intestine problem, or whole G1 Problem. And though this enema didn't produce a ton (maybe). I'm tempted not to bail on enemas entirely (even if it just means 1 per week), b/c to me, if candida is at all a lower colon issue, how in the world is ANYTHING gonna make it from mouth through like 40 feet of GI in any appreciable amount or concentration to do anything to biofilms in the lower colon?
This is a question that has come up here and at the parasites forum quite a bit here lately.
