this is great! thanks for the encouragement and information. Probiotics are great, i recommend you include plenty of them from sauerkraut, kinchi, kombucha and others. Every meal should have one serving of them. (to help assist digestion and kill any pathogenic bacteria or parasite found in food, especially if you eat raw foods.)
