Hmm.. thats what I am worried about, but I keep seeing people posting about having blood in stool as a result of die off caused by starting an antifungal, parasite diet or cleanse or starting enzymes or even drinking kefir.. so I thought that maybe it is a die off...

How does one know if it is a bad reaction or a die off? Because if it is die off I'd hate to stop now, but if it is a bad reaction I'd hate to continue...
