So....her recommended diet is not ancestral enough?

If you go back before fire, I suppose you are right, that is what our ancestors did.

But there is greater risk in parasites and microbial pathogens in raw meat.

Were all of our ancestors over-weight eating an ancestral diet?

All I know is she is very knowledgeable in NB,which was the question.
