I love the outdoors. I used to garden every day, but since I started taking iodine, I am so exhausted, I can't even do that. I'm lucky if I get out of bed before it gets too hot to do anything.

Forcing myself to exercise just makes me more exhausted, and it now takes me about 4 times as long to recover.

I don't think that's the answer.
