Hi grassguitarcarrots. I'm confused: you seemed to advocate strongly eating only a plant based diet and alkalising while doing parasite cleanse, but in your last message you said you ate fish/meat and bread, and let the pineapple do all the work. Can you explain please? Which approach brought better results for you? Thanks!
