I took gaba and ornithine last night with chamomille tea and I finally slept 8pm-5am. I woke feeling rested which was awesome but now I feel kind of weak. It's getting better I think... I hope I can sleep tonight too. Still not sure on whether ornithine is bad for parasite overgrowth or good. People seem to have mixed ideas. anyway... it seemed to work for me finally.
