Hi Marie,
The only thing I can think of (besides the good suggestions people have made) is my diet. I've been eating more cheeses and milk. I can feel my body chemistry starting to shift a bit. I couldn't tolerate much fat before but now I seem to do pretty well with it, so the fat in dairy carries me pretty well.
I still have fatigue but not nearly as bad. I think my potassium has probably been pretty low for years so I bet I've just become accustomed to it. I'm working about 20-30 hours a week, mostly physical work. I could not have done that at all a couple years ago when I started and my sodium and potassium were at the same level then. I think this is because my parasite load is starting to go down.
