Hi Vesely, I don't generally use any other supps. If I come across something that I think may help I'll usually discuss it with my practitioner first. When I've asked about parasites I'm told to just let nature take its course.

If you wanted to try some things you may want to wait until you're a little stronger or you've been on the program for a bit. It's entirely up to you though, no one knows your body better. Good luck!
