Wow, I'm def. not as hardcore as all of you. I take a capsule in the morning and one right before bed! For the first three weeks my stomach would grumble and make all kinds of noises, now it doesn't anymore. BTW, I had terrible heartburn that I cured with yogurt. Don't know if you are allowed that while trying to get rid of parasites but it helps you to digest faster and get the food out of your stomach and into your intestines.
