Yes, I would just go ahead and assume you need a parasite cleanse. I was sick for almost two years and now am on the road to recovery after two rounds of mebendazole, plus several months of herbs : cloves, Black-Walnut , Wormwood (sweet annie). You must be very diligent about your diet as well. No refined foods, sugars, or gluten. These will all feed them. Think veggies and some protein, a little rice if you need it.
