Not sure about eye floaters but I get sometimes a scratchy feeling in my eye randomly. The urinating thing is weird I feel like sometimes its the body getting rid of toxins maybe from parasites but it seems to makes that its adrenal fatigue related. It seems to make sense all these things could tie together stress, muscle loss, adrenal fatigue and parasites, etc.
