I got up to 1.25 drops per day, and the detox got so bad I can hardly function. I didn't take any today or yesterday, and still really just wrung out feeling. Probably a little parasite die-off in there too. I'm going to do a Master Cleanse and then start back on the 1 drop a day.

I'd just go with it, but I need my energy to work. Dragging around in pain and brain fogged is not something I can live with.

But at least I know I have to stay at 1 drop per day for awhile before I try to up the dose. My goiter is really shrinking, so I hope it doesn't blow back up.
