You should be okay. My advice would be: don't stop killing them! Have you thought about doing a more "formal" parasite cleanse? There are products for it online and even at health food stores. That might help in addition to all you're already doing. Be glad they're out and not in. I'm no expert, so that's just my two cents. Good luck!
