Hi there, I'm having trouble getting Rick Malter to respond to emails at the moment, so I'm still waaaaiiitting to get my hair analysis done...ahhh. Think if you have a thyroid issue - it's definitely, other than the adrenals, the main cause of anxiety and fatigue - just my experience. It slows EVERYTHING in your body including the gut which then causes all the other problems. I've only had glimpses of relief on ARL - and now back to Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome symptoms. So thinking TEI might be the way to go for me. All that calcium in the Paramin can cause thryoid to dysfunction also - it's what Rick was explaining to me and causes havoc on insulin which also drains adrenals - it's like a merry go round effect. ie adrenals never have chance to recover! I'm also finding in my case that I seem to definitely have a gut infection of sorts - it's the one thing, you'll find if you read past posts on this forum that most AF suffers have found that they started to heal, once they focused on investigating underlying gut infection. It's only logical - body breaks down, parasites and microbial bugs take over which puts strain on adrenals and alas thyroid and toxins build up! I'm positive adrenals have power to heal spontaneously once infections and insulin issues are taken care of. But i know my symptoms are mainly due to insulin, gut infection and the THYROID!! - all causing adrenals to never recover, no matter what i do or eat. Let us know how you go. But I would seriously check out infection.
