I would also add that NOW super enzymes taken away from meals will help dissolve their 'nests'. Don't be surprised though if you don't see any parasites coming out. But, if you have them you will know when you start to get rid of them. Onwards gave me that advice and it proved very true. I did see them at first, but I don't anymore. But after my second round of meds my energy went way up. So I'm hoping the herbs will maintain the cleansing and my energy. Hope it works out for you!
