you can aid your body to detoxify by drinking 1 liter of nettle tea per day (split into 5-6 portions throughout the day) - it will clean your blood and all organs, especially if you keep this for at least 1 months or longer - do some research re: nettle and read about it how powerful this humble herb is
you can use either dried or fresh nettle to make a tea (infusion), pour boiling water over the herbs, let sit for approx. 15 min. and enjoy (nettle grows everywhere, therefore easy to pick and so cheap...)
