Pure virgin coconut oil for cooking was fantastic both ways, i eat it, use it externally as oil therapy and it worked great in the enema. It helped right away, yes. At least for me. Try it externally first to make sire you can tolerate it. Most people do. Its a great anti bac, anti fungal and anti parasite remedy.
