You really think so? I started thinking it was Tapeworm since the twitch/spasms is on the excactly same place and I thought Ascaris was the type of parasite that moves around in different locations of the gut. Though what speaks against Tapeworm is that I have twitching/moving under my feet, legs and arms too sometimes and I don't think Tapeworms can cause that. Thank you peggyaus for your help. If anyone else got something to add. Feel very welcome to do so.
