Is it safe to use pet medication for human consumption? I have absolutely no idea what kind of parasite I have. All I know is that I have them. Since I have a persistant twitch/ fluttering sensation/ spasm right below my rib on the exact same place on my left side I suspect Tapeworm or ascaris. Could that be correct?
I had testing done but they didn't find anything, though I am sure parasites are my issue (I can't explain why right now, but trust me, I'm sure)
I probably won't get a prescription no matter how hard I beg so I thought pet medication is my last hope. I found one for dogs that contain Milbemycin oxime 12,5 mg and Praziquantel 125mg. My weight is about 50 kilograms and it says dogs who wheigh 50 should take to tablets. Does that apply on humans too?
Is it really safe for me to take a medication for dogs? If it is safe, how should I take it? Should I chew the tablet? Take it with fat?
Thank you very much for any information you may provide!
