I'm suffering from dysbiosis and bad digestive problems and I feel like I'm painted into a corner. About 9 months ago, I was vegan and living off of carbs, but I started developing food intolerances and terrible reactions to Sugar (even small amounts would make me feel drunk for a few minutes and then poisoned for hours. The doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong so I went on a low carb diet, saw a naturopath, and started supplementing. I felt better for a while but I think the diet was too hard on my system because I became even more sensitive to sugar, my digestion got way weaker, I started feeling dizzy a lot of the time, and lost even more weight, especially muscle mass. I got so weak that I quit my job and moved home. I was 140 lbs and now I'm 116. My bloodwork revealed abnormal liver enzymes and bilirubin, elevated lipase indicative of pancreatic insufficiency, elevated cortisol, and suppressed immune function. I've tried to take antifungals but they give me terrible Herxheimer reactions with no improvements. I have trouble digesting fat and protein, so I need to dial up my carb intake, but whenever my blood Sugar spikes I feel what I presume is aldehyde poisoning that makes me feel like shit for a few days. I'm not sure what to do. The doctors have yet to diagnose me with anything. X-rays, ultrasounds, and CT scans have revealed no structural abnormalities in my GI tract, my liver, or my pancreas.

I've considered the possibility of intestinal worms but I'm not sure how I could do a cleanse that would target parasites without causing Candida die-off as well. I'm taking Himalaya Liver Care, which seems to help with digestion and minimizing liver discomfort, but only to a degree. I'm trying to eat more carbs but I have no idea how I can get upwards of 2000 kCal a day when I'm so sensitive to starch and sugar. Fat seems to be a real problem for me, and not just for me; I keep hearing about the dangers of unsaturated fat, and even coconut oil seems to make me produce excess ketones. I seem to have many mysterious problems, my entire system is falling apart, and I don't know what to do or in what order. This is what I've considered:

- colonic hydrotherapy sessions
- Shank Prakshalana, or salt-water cleansing
- herbal colon cleansing (Triphala, etc.)
- diatomaceous earth for potential parasites
- chelation of biofilms
- fecal transplants
- potent probiotics (such as soil-based bacteria and Saccharomyces boulardii)

I'm clearly quite desperate, so any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
