Hey. Thanks for the information. Will check out the book. It looks like ridding the parasites would be the start. I'm waiting for a test to come here to see what parasites I'm dealing with exactly. I suspect flukes though cause of a lot black spots showing up in stool- could be a sign of eggs if not undigested food and been going on for a while, Also have seen some weird consistency stuff there too and yesterday saw what looked almost like mushroom color and had mushy but hard consistency, and sometimes what looks like little sticks showing up as well.

Recently my gallbladder area seems to get inflamed and cause pain sometimes more so when trying to sleep. I've been using a fair amount of garlic to keep parasites under control and lemon water throughout the day. At it's worst lemon water seems to help. Also a lot of times lemon water helps to be able to go to the bathroom especially in the morning.
