Same thing here, a few years ago, i was not able to appreciate anything because my body was so constipated and infected.
Contrary to what hygienists claim, i think that a part of the constipation and pressure in the body happens because of parasites, when i have managed to kill some with herbs and electricity, then i felt less pressure and was able to sense and to think with more clarity. I have also regained most of the strength, agility, speed, endurance, that i had when i was younger and i now can appreciate the things in life, but the battle is still not over, i still have to reduce the load.

What i find fascinating and at the same time tragic, is how humans accept "aging" as an inevitable consequence of life, while aging may well be mostly accelerated or slowed down depending on the load of accumulated/slow eliminated waste and toxic substances and parasites. Another way to perceive the world, and a good reason to keep the interior fo the body clean !
