Valbazen is an option for people who can't get albendazole tabs. You can find this on ebay or at your local livestock supply:

Albendazole is for Ascaris outside of the digestive tract... so don't use it unless you really think you need to - and you believe they have left the digestive tract. I'd leave the albendazole for a while until you really assess what is going on as its is a strong drug which goes systemic rather than just working in the digestive tract.

Are you taking the mebendazole with a fatty meal? Another idea is to use pyrantel pamoate (Pin-x) as well as it paralyses the worms so that the mebendazole works better. It should work for you if used mebendazole 100 mg's with a fatty meal a.m. and p.m. for 3 days and then some kind of maintenance program, i.,e herbal parasite program.
