this could be trichinella spiralis (ears, face but also all over the body) infection (trichinosis), doctors will not very likely help you as they do not know what to do with infections like this (they're not trained to deal with parasitic infections)
the best you could do and quickly is to start some anti-parasitic treatment, either humaworm formula and/or any other "anti-worm" herbal forumulas
or you can get bulk herbs, blue vervaine and neem help with this
you can massage essential oils (peppermint, rosemary, lemon, orange, lavender, eucalyptus) diluted with a little bit coconut oil; you can massage your whole body with the coconut oil - will help you with the skin condition, plus you can put a little coconut oil into your ears and on your face, all this helps
no matter what you do, start treating this quickly because trichinella is a very dangerous parasite, but know that once you'll be able to reduce the volume a bit, you'll feel much better, but also be aware it takes a long time to eliminate this horrible parasite from the body
one last thing - do not stop treating this until you'll get better because they take advantage of you doing nothing and reproduce like crazy - best is to take cloves daily and/or use cloves essential oils in your coffee enemas (just a few drops)
