yeo,
I'm also doing NB since Nov 2011 and made very slow progress. My symptoms started with nausea, diarrhea, depression, anxiety and extreme fatigue. I suspected parasites from the start ( I travel and I also am in close daily contact with people from third world countries). All tests , which seemed to be useless, came up negative so I just assumed I was overworked and overstressed.

A year later I wasn't making much progress with my hair test and was still having some digestive complaints. My practitioner gave me an herbal concoction and a few weeks later I started passing worms. She then finally agreed I should do a parasite cleanse. The first few days were ok. then took a break and started again the next week. I had horrible depression, like major black hole, couldn't stop crying, plus a little bit more fatigue, and constipation. Stopped the herbs and a couple days later did a warm water enema and a whole pile of worms came out.

I'm now taking mebendazole and having horrible constipation and abdominal pain, which I know will pass.

So...everyone is different, but in my case I think my parasite infection is a major cause of my AF and I don't think I'll feel better until I get rid of them which means some bad days as my body tries to expel them and heal itself but I know it will all be worth it!

Hope you start seeing some relief soon!

P.s. my sodium is 2 and potassium 1 and they haven't budged in a year and a half. I've been told by two different practitioners (one TEI, one ARL) that that's typical if you have a gut infection like parasites.
