Thnaks, that is interesting, Florastor seems to help the elimination process for me sometimes. I haven't done enemas tho. I see it mentioned a lot here but I don't feel so comfortable about them, I do use lemon water though when I feel my body needs additional help detoxing.

I guess even when fasting you could still have a small amount of vegetables or something if it is better than fasting straight up. It can be a little confusing sometimes tho cause I feel like I want to eat spices like oregano and anything else that might bug parasites that could be in me but I guess keeping it spaced out and seeing how the body reacts can help as a guide to not overdo or anything.
