I agree about consuming less food. With candida and parasites I think eating less can help to deal with them sometimes. Too much food can feel like a burden where as a moderate or smaller amount of food can feel better in my experience. Also there is sometimes a limit on one's energy as well when they are dealing with candida and parasites. By not eating too much it could help your body detox more too. Maybe somwhere in between could by ideal.
