Around 2:30am.

It's strange, and many have talked about this, and often, incl. myself, but it's like someone's trying to kill my spirit if I try before that, and it's not like it works. I feel depressed by the very idea of going to bed now, shutting the light off just now...I'd much rather watch that 'last' episode, or go online (facebook, youtube, tons of stuff...).

Unless I'm DEAD tired, which happened when I had activity during the day, which I can't coz I'm too tired for anything right now, I fought these entire 7 yrs like crazy but right now, dunno if it's the detox or what but I can't...I feel 'outside my body' these days, a lot more than before and I used to say that before...

Any time I sleep late and wake up late, I feel about like 20% worse than the previous day !...
I'm trying ornithine for the first time tonight...from Dr.Clark Stores...package just arrived this morning and I'm on the 3-item parasite cleanse...

mmm...Sorry for all the details there !
