Hi,

The following are means I have personally incorporated on a daily basis to get rid of my chronic sinusitis and to have a radiant health - water only fasts, coffee enema, dry-skin-brushing, plant based diet (plenty of self made fermented vegetables and fresh veg juices), exercising (bicycling, rope jumping, skiing, walking etc).

Looking back, I realize I suffered from the all stages of infection of rope parasites that I saw in the toilet after each Coffee-Enema but was unable to name without help of the above mentioned recent scientific discovery.

I have been healthy for some time and, additionally, I cannot find any rope parasites in the toilet after CE; However, I intend to continue to use all the life style changes (except Coffee-Enema that I will do occasionally to check for reappearance of rope parasites) described in the first paragraph for the rest of my life.
