Yeah I'm going to try to increase the adrenals.

I have licorice, Not the chinese kind but I do have some from Vitamin Shoppe.

I'm also continuing my parasite cleanse.

I think this might be due to my thyroid. I noticed that my body temp is usually low. Around 96-97 sometimes it drops to 95...

However I'm losing weight. Most hypos gain..

Maybe I have graves....

One day I was at the Doctors and put some Iodine on my wrist, A fairly good amount. I said to myself "If I get pain in my thyroid again it's responding to the iodine"

So I waited for the Doctor, She came in we went over my tests and I left.

Got home completely forgetting about the iodine. Sure enough my thyroid started hurting and I remembered the iodine.

the next morning I woke up with an erection (Sorry about the TMI) it wasn't a normal one lol. It was the morning "wood" that I had when I was younger. So I'm starting to think it's all thyroid related. I usually never wake up like that.

I just don't want to damage my thyroid if it's producing too much thyroid hormone. Since i'm underweight and burning a lot of weight.

It could be parasite related though..
