My first "call" is at 9 pm but I rarely sleep at this time.

1 year ago I was sleeping at 23-24 or 2 am. Wake up at 3-4 and couldn't sleep more. Now I can sleep 5-6 hours which is huge.

The thing that bother me the most now is EVEN if I'm in bed sleeping at 22 (it sometimes happen) at 23 sharp the parasites are starting to swirl and crawling especially in the right side that if I sleep they wake me up. Feel in the sleep like being under attack and my body is very contracted. Usually at 24 they stop my body calms down and I can sleep either 5-6 hours either 3 hours break than another 2 hours.

The other thing that bother is hypoglycemia around 4 o clock.
