Its probably stupid question but have you done comprehensive stool analyzis ?
Surely it should show some abnormalities and tell you if you have parasites or candida.
I have and low sIga and dysbiosis.
Still my GP thinks its nothing.
How you diagnosed adrenal fatigue ?they told me my cortisol levels are ok and not to be worried.
