I've found vitamins have made a significant difference in my life.

I do think Candida co-exists with parasites though so fairly certain they need to be eradicated and treated together.

However, it wasn't until I took albendazole, that my nails started growing. Before they were always weak and brittle.

I was previously a sushi lover, and I think in our society we need to address the parasite issue- which most people probably have, especially tapeworms. Candida + Tapeworms + pinworms + beer + mold exposure is why people probably have chronic Candida.

As for my Candida, I tend to only have it when I take Antibiotics of any sort. Recently I discovered Colloidal Silver , so hopefully won't be dependent on fluconazole everytime I have to take anti-biotics.
