parasites in the brain...?

My goodness - YOU ALL MUST CONSIDER ME IGNORANT - but I cant help but think that if someone has parasites in their head....then they are in serious trouble!!!

I know lots of real research shows that parasites exist

BUT I cannot imagine having a body full of parasites, taking a netaural herb / extract for a few weeks and then magically flushing them out.....

I would think if someone has parasites that a MAJOR lifestyle change is required and not just: "take this extract for two weeks and the parasites in your brain will end up in your toilet....."

Anyhow...I may be wrong considering I have been wrong in the past....
