I guess any white carbs but on here they do say to stay away from all gluten, starch and sugar. The parasites supposedly love these foods, hence why we crave them. I thik they're probably happy eating whatever we eat though. I just see the importance of being healthy is to help build our immune system and to eventually feel better. Also cos the meds must be quite harsh on the body too. What does your diet consist of?
