Hi I am 22 male and since few years I feel worse and worse. I always had this feeling that something is not right with my body and health.

My story briefly:
As a kid I always had bad diet, lots of candy, chips etc. (like most of the kids these days). I had frequent colds. My parents always treated me with Antibiotics . Then I was sick even more often so doctors prescribed more pills. This I think completely destroyed my immune system. In recent years I become conscious about my health. I improved my diet. I stopped to take unnecessary drugs. But my symptoms worsened over the years.

Over the past year I had cheilosis (I hope it is the right word) every other week. I got this under control when improved diet.

Current symptoms (from the most painful):

- Constant, severe bloating (never goes away)
- Insomnia ( I sleep 3-4 hours daily, 1-2 nights a week I don’t sleep at all)
- Frequent constipations, feeling of being full, sluggishness, gas
- Frequent colds
- Chronic stress – I don’t know if it’s cause or effect actually, I am definitely stressed about me feeling bad but I also feel bad because of stress
- Depression
- Fatigue, lack of focus
- Whit tongue
- Dark circles under eyes

First I thought I had Candida overgrowth, after improving diet symptoms softened (cheilosis and white tongue), but my gut problems never got better.

I did liver cleanse once and seen no improvement.

I did parasite cleanse with Now Foods Black-Walnut and seen nothing, nothing suspicious came out.

I did castor oil flush, my gut decreased but only because I flushed all the food, after I started eating I was bloated immediately.

Zapping - I think helps temporary.

Right now I think I will try Elimination Diet, eating just chicken/turkey plus veggies for few weeks.

Anyone know what can it be?

Parasites? Candida? Food Intolerance? IBS? Acidity?

I can write more details if someone is willing to help. :)
