Hello,

I agree, although I also think the sulfite content in wine can be problematic also.

I do like a chilled or nice specialty craft draft beer a couple times a week though! I just have to remember to eat a lot more yogurt when I do so. I've recently avoided all alcohol during my parasite cleanse, and it hasn't been fun to be honest!

What is your opinion on medicinal sake? Also what do you think of Colloidal Silver for Candida?
