Wow Onwards i loved this post. i agree with all of your points. I also think that you can be taking a thousand supplements and not get better if you aren't addressing the other issues in your life. I think in a lot of ways most of your points are what led me to adrenal fatigue. I have been working on my health since i was a teenager. I would only menstruate once per year - was a Type A achiever at school - overexercised and had a very stressful home life and i think in a lot of ways i just continued those habits. I think my biggest one that caused my adrenal fatigue is my perfectionism that stem from a number of the points you laid out. Nowadays i say "no" when i feel too tired when i wouldn't have in the past, i have put travel on hold temporarily, i walk most days and do a bit of yoga. My goal is to move on from LA (here for husbands work) and head home to australia to live. I still get caught on the perfectionism and overthinking everything - it is daily work for me to go easier on myself. I have been gluten and dairy free for 15 years. That helped a lot staying off of those too. I can have small amounts of butter though.

I also agree that chronic infections need to be dealt with. i plan to start the Hulda Clark parasite cleanse once i am done with the cat's claw. I feel very overstimulated at the moment on it. I noticed it has been helping with the sores that i consistently have in my nose but one thing that is disturbing to me is i have developed a gum infection since taking it - i'm not sure if that is a healing reaction or a reaction to the herb.

For now i am taking a break for a few days from everything until things slow down. Since the Cat's claw i haven't been able to get to sleep.
