Thanks alot folks for the insight. Very good information. I completely agree...At times I have been attacking this by increasing my AntiFungals and not getting results. Im going to tone it down.

Also my Hollistic Doctor reported I have Adrenal Fatigue, and I am Stressed (High Cortisol levels). I have been taking Phyto-ADR and L-Theanine which seems to be helping.

I will try adding some carbs, and possibly the Prunes to my diet, slowly. Last time I tried with the wrong ones I think (Corn Torrillas, and Brown Rice).

I am awaiting the results of stool test from Doctors Data. According the Doc this will confirm that I have Candida and what Anti Fungals will work best.
