For a few months now I've been dealing with a nocturnal migration up the throat of unidentified worms after upsetting their usual habitat with a vinegar enema. Early on I could feel movements from 3 distinct creatures around the back of the throat but wasn't sure what they were.

Symptoms are larvae up the throat.. feeling of a worm behind the tonsils and alot of moment up and down the chest and neck, and intermittent very strong chest pains (I'm guessing pain from the eggs). Initially I thought I was dealing with ascaris.. I really wasn't sure... I was having small "white pieces" come up the throat and then I saw some darker orange pieces and I imagined were fluke larvae. I have a long history of parasite infection, and over the years have passed many different kinds of worms.

I came to the conclusion I have,and have had a few different varieties living in the chest cavity and now these new ones sometimes coming up under the tonsils and even into the head. Its been very unpleasant. I ended up in ER after being freaked out not being able to clear fluids down the throat at one stage... investigations included a scope down the throat and blood work... all came back negative (I felt the worm crawl back down from my sinusus after the investigation - noone interested and it appeared to me that the doctors were almost annoyed that I would insist on talking about parasites - so I stopped). Tried to follow up with the GP and he is insistent my situation is GERD.. said if I had a parasite my blood would show up certain elevated indicators.. etc etc.. and that there was no indication... Its such a familiar story, I've read so many here with exactly the same frustration.

But two days ago I sneezed up a fluke after having a head cold.. onto the carpet of all things. I've put it in a jar in case one day in the future doctors might be vaguely interested........

I've taken prazi 600 mgs 3 times daily for 3 days.. to the extent of my stash... and no change. I have albenda here and have started that as well x 2 times per day. I fear nothing will kill the flukes in my chest cavity/throat now. I"m also fearing that they will multiply - move into my brain and cause problems there etc etc... At the moment they seem to reside in the chest area but moving around alot. I've tried to google protocols for such situations but can't seem to find anything. Does anyone have any ideas on which drugs or combination I should try and for how long?
