See what it mentions about your bile. It appears that your pancreas is producing adequately but you do not seem to be producing sufficient bile. This could indicate that you have hard or soft bile stones, sludge in the bile system, parasites in the bile system or some other problem.

You could discuss this with whoever ordered the test and they may suggest some scans of the biliary system.
