I strongly disagree with this statement. Water Fasting can be very beneficial for sure, but it has no key elements that freshly extracted juices from organic vegetables and fruits have that the body needs in order to heal. Water Fasting has done nothing for my candida overgrowth and parasite infestation, as opposed to juice fasting with the properly chosen juices. Also, fasting of any kind will place a great amount of toxins on the liver, and you need to keep that bile flowing in order to remove the toxins efficiently. Water won't do that, as opposed to carrot, beet, citrus or black radish juices.
