I would start a parasite cleanse, something like humaworm or barefoots with Dr. Christopher's Lower bowel formula $10 online to see if that get's things going. I don't normally recommend humaworm, it's a weak product, but it does help some get started. The bowel forumul is safe to take long term. Enema's are great for cleansing and removing toxins, but you can't do them forever.

Something is wrong, and taking powerful laxatives is really going to make a huge problem worse.
