Acne is just the sign that your liver is overloaded with toxins. Whether it is from parasites or candida. In my experience, Acne is more candida related.

coffee enemas are very beneficial, yes. It will flush good bacteria from the lower colon, which is not a big deal, as they will grow back as long as feces are passing there.
High enemas are very different, and I wouldn't recommend them too often, unless you're extremly toxic, even though I've done some several times daily during long periods, when I was in a critical state.
They will deplete the flora, and then the candida can take over in a matter of hours.
